Worst Character on the Show?

This is a valid criticism. He was introduced as sort of a stereotypical high school dropout loser. "Yay, science!" But then becomes this street wise savvy do gooder.

It reminds me a lot of the druggie kid from Fear the Walking Dead, who went from heroin addict to hero, because reasons.

Jessie's stupidity was definitely annoying, and I'm not going to lie, when he became a meth slave I felt like he had it coming. However, in my opinion, he never had what I would call a "heart of gold". The only times I can remember him really having any kind of conscience was when a kid was involved. Let's not forget he tried to get a whole group of recovering addicts back on drugs.

By "worst", do you mean "most annoying"? Or, like, "poorly written" or "underdeveloped" or "cliche"?

I agree with your sentiment that it was ridiculous for him to be concerned about children while dealing drugs.

That being said, the character that I hated the most was Ted Beneke.

He was just so irritating. He defrauded the IRS and said it was to protect his employees. No, jerkoff, you did it for yourself to maintain your luxurious lifestyle.

Then he is so clueless about the danger he is in and the danger he poses to others by not paying the IRS. He refuses to pay even when the money is given to him in a silver platter.

You are in the hole with the IRS, your bookeeper pretended to be a bimbo to keep you from going to jail, the money you need falls from the sky and you buy a Mercedes? How stupid can you be?

And then when Saul’s A-Team arrives and tells him he needs to pay, he, again, thinks it is nothing and tries to bullshit them. To make it worse, he actually tries to run away.

He is so entitled and clueless that it is infuriating.
