I thought Kate Hudson looked gorgeous in the movie. A carbon copy of her mother.

It's her makeup. Specifically her eyeliner. Her eyes are lined on the bottom and in some parts of the movie, on top as well and I think it was even winged out a bit which really made her eyes look Asian.

shareSlanty eyes. There is a strain of very light skinned European women centered around Finland that have them. Rene Zellwegger and Taylor Swift are two examples. I assume that there has been some cross-mixing long ago between Eastern Asians and Europeans. Perhaps it happened during the Mongol invasions of the 13th and 14th centuries.
shareMaybe she has a little Native American in her- many Americans do. I'm a very fair Irish/Italian with some Cherokee on my Dad's side and my eyes are very almond shaped. They look more so depending on my eye makeup. And I have been asked if I was part Chinese or Asian quite a few times.
