... there was so much complaining about it on IMDb? Now we finally find out why she did it.

Actually I was one of the few people who liked the hair cut. I thought it looked very high tech.

I wonder though if there isn't more to the story, such as having recently broken up with or been disappointed by some guy. Not sure who she was dating at the time though.

The haircut didn't bother me much because I was binging on the series, but now that I see the comparison pictures in your link that pixie cut looks pretty bad.

Oh jesus christ what a waste of time that article was. I thought it was going to be something like how she fucked her hair up bleaching it and it fell out so she had to do something to fix that. But nope. It was just some stupid haircut. Now on Three's Company, Suzanne Somers started to wear the comb over ponytail because she bleached her hair so much that it fell out and she had a bald spot so that's what she was doing to cover it up. Now that's a good hairstyle story LOL.

I’m rewatching the series and just started this season with her new hair cut. I don’t like it at all. But I’ve actually done the same thing to my long hair. My husband and family didn’t like it at all. I did because I wanted a change. It’s been 3yrs and now I’m growing it out again. Honestly it would be hard to be an actor or actress and not have a say in your hairstyle.

Remember when Jennifer Aniston cut her hair on Friends? The next time they renewed her contract they added a clause saying she had to maintain the look including hair.

I wonder if BBT producers did the same for Kaley Cuoco.

I liked her better with longer hair. But I clicked on the link and I definitely prefer the short hair to the style she wore sometimes in the picture on the left. I hated that pouf of hair or "big bump" or whatever it's called, on the top of her head! I've seen other women do that with their hair and it just looks dumb to me.

Well, it was her decision. A lot of actresses sport a new look every season. Ever watched Charmed? Alyssa Milano's haircut and color changed every year.
