She mentions it in an early episode.

Really? You'd think she would listen to Britney Spears or Christina Aguilera or Gwen Stefani or somebody like that.

But Radiohead? They might as well have made her a fan of Gil Goldstein or Gustav Holst.

Perhaps Kaley is the fan and adlibbed it in? I agree I wouldn't peg Penny as a fan of Radiohead either. Unless of course it became the in thing to do. That said, Penny never seemed to do anything all that popular or trendy. So who knows.
