Bruno by far. Much funnier and also was less humiliating to the people it made fun of.

I think they are both as good as each other!
They're different movies altogether, so it's like comparing apples and oranges.
Borat is showing peoples racism.
Bruno is showing peoples homophobia.

shareI liked Borat better. But they were equally funny and shocking, though Borat was the first movie and the whole concept was not known. If Sacha would've done "Bruno" at first, then I think I'd have liked that one more, because in the end it's the same movie except that one deals with homophobia and the other with racism.
sharebruno was crap, the character himself was extremely unlikeable, where as borat was charming and naive, but even without considering that the bruno film was just not as funny as borat and a lot of the laughs and situations were extremely forced or manipulated.
shareBruno is one of the most disappointing and one of the worst movies I have ever seen in my life while Borat to me is the funniest movie ever made. You can probably guess my vote.
shareFirst of all, the Ali G movie was first, not Borat. Borat was the SECOND one.
Borat was good but Bruno was just as good.
But the Ali G movie was a regular film... Borat and Bruno wasn't. Although the characters and concept originate from the same (wonderful) show, I think you can compare Borat and Bruno, but not Ali G.
