One of the best comedies of the last 20 years

It has a fantastic cast, great music, and a hilarious storyline that really intertwines pop culture in the 50s-70s. Reilly carries this thing on his shoulders and runs to the end zone. Jenna Fischer goes against her Office persona and puts on a show. There are so many cameos you will have trouble keeping count. Every time I watch it I notice something new.

Watch Walk The Line then watch this.

"I can smell! Horse shit! I can smell it and... and it smells terrible... " "Smell it, baby!"

Is it possible your just not a fan of comedies?

for example, There are plenty of comedies that I completely dislike or did not enjoy....yet I can at least see where they were going with jokes and I'm not sure I can think of a single Major Comedy movie where I didnt at least laugh or chuckle a few times even if Hated the movie...

It seems extremely ODD to me that you hate a movie that much and truly did not think its funny "at all"...

I could completely understand if the movie just wasnt your type...

But you seem to be Overly Biased....If you actually watched this entire movie and did remotely laugh or think a single moment of the movie was funny "at all"

I have to conclude, You just may not be the comedy type or for some reason you had a deep biased going into the movie that Made you Hate it....

with that being said, I realize everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I just personally find it almost impossible for you to have disliked/Hated the movie as much as you are claiming....

anyways, I rate the movie a 7/10....I dont at all agree its "One of the best comedies of the last 20 years"......But I did enjoy it and there was at least a dozen times I laughed out loud during the movie...

The part where He Tells his wife he going to stop drugs, then hugs her and sneaks PCP into his mouth and then goes on a naked, rampage through Town, where He Lifts a car then turned it over and ends with him on a roof yelling "I am Zeus, No Mortal can stop" Is Literally Hilarious...

If you did at least laugh during that part, I honestly dont think you should ever watch a comedy again

Dewey: What if I get addicted to it or something?
Sam: It’s not habit-forming!
Dewey Cox: Oh, okay… well, I don’t know… I don’t want to overdose on it.
Sam: You can’t OD on it!
Dewey Cox: It’s not gonna make me wanna have sex, is it?
Sam: It makes sex even better!
Dewey Cox: Sounds kind of expensive.
Sam: It’s the cheapest drug there is.

This scene is hilarious!

yes it really is a great comedy. wish it was more popular
