I don't really buy into the whole premise of this movie. That you should respect women by refusing to have sex with them when they throw themselves at you. The idea is that Becca saw that Evan was really a nice guy who didn't want to take advantage of her. In real life, Becca would think Evan was a wuss or gay or both. If you blow your chance with a woman in real life they rarely give you a second chance. Becca's hot. In real life she would have moved on to another guy before Evan had a chance to explain himself.
No way. She puked all over the bed. That killed the mood. Even if he started to protest, he probably would've followed through. But she spewed. The magic was gone. Don't know if Evan would have been anxious to give Becca another chance after that frightening image.
Uh. I'm a girl here, and Becca would probably barely remember the previous night anyway, but I would definitely have give Evan a second chance. Seriously. This world needs more Evans.
Not a gal, but I disagree, I think Becca would have given him a second chance. She was TOTALLY into him. She would have realized either 1) that she was completely faced; or 2) that he was being nice and doing the right thing; and probably both. Either one is enough for her to take a step back and take stock of the situation. When you have a loooong-time crush on someone in high school, those feelings don't just evaporate.
I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
Society ahs become ridiculous now, where if a woman chooses to drink and then makes bad choices, it's "not consent". By that logic a married couple could not legally have sex if they have a drink first, because feminists claim even if you agree to it BEFORE getting drunk, your consent is still gone once you become drunk. Or not even drunk, just have a drink or two.
Notice if BOTH the man and woman are drunk, the man can still be charged and the woman isn't. It's a pathetic double standard and I thought feminists supposedly don't like gender double standards? A man is supposed to be able to refrain from sex if drunk, but a woman doesn't have to and only the man can be held accountable.
Just one of the thousand safety nets where women don't have to take responsibility for their actions, just as the double standard in domestic violence and abortion already allow for, as well. And the battered wife defense where women get off on murder charges despite no evidence of the battering.
Not that Evan ever would, but he could have charged Becca with sexual assault, if not rape. She grabbed his dick without consent and pressed him for sex although he was clearly reluctant if not unwilling.
