So far, I'm aware that 'Priest' ripped off quite a lot of films, such as:
Blade Runner (for their motorcycles)
Tron (for their city - although, that's not much of a rip off, I mean how else can a futuristic city look like?)
Jonah Hex (for the animated opening sequence)
But there is apparantly more films that this film copied.
Any ideas? What do you think?

Any city in any movie that looks like that is lifted from Blade Runner.
shareThe hive, the eyeless vampires, the queen and the name Hicks reminded me of Aliens, but I don't think is a rip off.
sharelike the directors other similar movie with Bettany the previous year (which ripped of Terminator) this was a similar rip off of genre movies - Blade Runner (that opening shot of the city - where was Vangelis? lol), Dark City (similar steampunky look to the city), Blade (one highly trained guy vs vampires), Equilibrium/1984 (state city, highly trained enforcers), Judge Dredd (the Judges, the city closed off to outside wilderness), Star Wars (Attack of the Clones speeder bike across the desert), Mad Max (some of the desert train stuff seemed abit Road Warrior/Thunderdome), ResidentEvil/Underworld (CGI zombie/vampires) and am pretty sure one of the vampire creatures was from Doom (that starred Urban)
