Nolan's Worst
I haven't seen Following, but Interstellar is incredibly bad for a Nolan film
It has some good music and I like the black hole stuff and the ending I guess, but the rest was incredibly disappointing.

I love Nolan
I consider TDK, Inception, Memento and The Prestige ALL Time great films
I really like Batman Begins, Insomnia and TDKR(although IMO this film has Major problems)
I consider Interstellar above average but nowhere Nolans usual quality
I didnt like Dunkirk, altough I dont think it was a bad movie or anything, It just didnt remotely interest me, I watched it once and will probably never see it again
as for Nolans WORST
IMO Its easily Tenet...
for me, It blows my mind A director as great as Nolan could FAIL that horrifically....Tenet is borderline Unwatchable...IMO
I felt the same about Tenet in first viewing, but gave it anither go, and then another...
I think Tenet is really pretty good now... Definitely a movie that improves after 2 or 3 viewings.
Felt the same way about Interstellar. It gets better on about the 3rd viewing. Tenet was interesting but confusing af, going to watch it again soon.
shareI really enjoyed it.
shareNo not even close. Dunkirk is Nolan’s worst. Interstellar and TDKR to me are his absolute best
shareNo, tenet was EVEN WORSE.
shareTenet doesn't sound good or interesting.
shareWhat a fitting comment. tenet does indeed not sound good: the dialogue is unintelligible and the sound effects waaay too loud. And indeed it wasn't interesting, but that's true for ALL nolan's movies.
shareyeah, I couldn't tell you if Tenet was a good movie - the sound was atrocious. I have never said that about another film. How or why Nolan did that is beyond me. It had to be intentional.
shareIt's so only very insecure people can claim that only they actually had no problem whatsoever with the sound and understood everything. We are then supposed to be in aw and admire them and tell them how brilliant they are.
As for nolan, I think he has a secret bet going on with colleague movie makers who can make the shittiest movie and get away with it. For now nolan is winning as he's definitely produced the absolute shittiest movie and still has fanboys de-fan-ding him.
You must have missed Tenet.
