This spoof movie is bad, but is it the worst? A few others come to mind (Mel Brooks' later stuff). I think that this one is definitely the worst, the actors in this movie should have used a pseudonym.

All of these movies are just relentlessly unfunny. It's hard to pick out the "jewel in the crown."
shareThe Scary Movies aren't bad... In fact some of them are my favourite spoof movies, if you don't like spoof movies then that's another thing all together.
However, even by Spoof Movie standards, Epic Movie, Disaster Movie, Date Movie, Meet the Spartans etc (the Friedberg and Seltzer movies) are terrible. Friedberg and Seltzer contributed to Scary Movie 3 and 4 but thankfully there were other writers to save those movies.
When you have Friedberg and Seltzer writing and directing the movie, then I can almost guarantee that it isn't going to be funny.

Meet the Spartans and Disaster Movie were just as bad.
As to the Scary Movie franchise, only 3 and 4 were funny. By coincidence they didn't have these dimwit writers on 3 and 4, why they were funny.
