WTF I just watched....I saw this movie and the sequel....So for those who have seen it can someone help..

1. So the RV family basically murdered the driver and his ghost got revenge and killed them....Do they basically do what he wants or are they just doing their own thing?

2. Is Nicole just stuck at the rest stop? If she just started walking up the road would she just end up back at the rest stop?

3. Joey Lawrence as the cop....Was he just a ghost? She shoots him twice and he disappears...What?

Can just anyone possibly explain it?
