Why is Amy still living on the property?

Matt and Amy have been "separated' for almost 2 years now and are in the process of getting a divorce. Why is Amy still living in the big house on the property? I believe Matt's family owns the property so it should be Amy that moves away.

The farm and The show are a joint business. Neither can afford to buy the other out, nor, it seems, do they want to.

It doesn't make sense unless you happen to be a career reality TV star. Then it makes all the sense in the world to stay together on the farm so the whole family can get together. It will probably go on like this for decades, especially when the little grandkids start popping up.

If one of them has a Little Person for a child (or regular sized child(ren) this show will go on until Matt and Amy die

The business belongs to both of them and if not for Amy,, Matt would. Go wild with his spending. I have to wonder though if the network pays for most of the farms updating, but with the option of being reimbursed if the show cancels or they sell the farm.

The show pays the couple like any other reality show. Matt spends his money on so called improvements. Amy has continued her pumpkin salsa. She is also selling bepread and other items. They really should go back toto weddings. Especially if Jeremy us moving back. His photography, and Audrey could do some planning, likely make more.

All I can say is Jeremy and Audrey better be saving up or have some actual profitable ideas. The show won't last forever. And his parents worked multiple jobs to support the kids, as well as the farm. Like the duggars, you wonder if the money has made them forget how hard it was prior. Amy taught and coached, Matt was in sales, and they both did work with the little people group.

Amy has every right to remain in the house. I also believe that Amy would be very wary of moving away from the farm because Matt makes her feel uneasy about what he would do if she were not there every day to monitor his "plans." I would be too, honestly, if I were her.
