Man of Steel (2013) - Movies the same

Batman v Superman (2016), same movie, but instead of Dick Grayson being the dead Robin, Jason Todd would be

Suicide Squad (2016) - Same team, and film, but more to Ayer than it was, no need to confirm that Harley was involved in Robin's death, that was an error because she would have been around 15

Wonder Woman (2017) - Same movie

Justice League (2017), more akin to Snyder's film than Whedon's, Cyborg would still be the stand out

The Flash (2018) - Was meant to be the first to be released after JL. I' between a story of Barry learning more of his powers and his fight for his father's innocence and a Flashpoint-esque story.

Aquaman (2018) - Movie's the same

The Batman (2019), Affleck stays, Deathstroke is the main villain, Nightwing and Batgirl make debuts, Joker, Black Mask and Harley appear in supporting roles to set up Birds of Prey.

Shazam (2019), same film, but actually have Henry Cavill appear as Supes

Man of Steel 2 (2019) - A sequel focusing on Clark struggling in a world where Superman is back but Clark Kent is dead, Brainiac is the main villain

Birds of Prey (2020) - Mostly the same

Wonder Woman 2 (2020) - May be a different movie to 1984, Cheetah still appears, Circe is the main villain, possibly no Steve, instead Brian Elliot and the Justice Society members Hawkmana and Doctor Fate appear.

Justice League 2 (2020) - More of the Legion of Doom appearing, then sets up Darkseid, Hal Jordan and John Stewart appear.

Green Lantern Corps (2021) - Hal Jordan and John Stewart are the main characters, it's a buddy movie like Lethal Weapon and 48 Hours.

Suicide Squad 2 (2021), James Gunn still directs, and still the same movie

Black Adam (2022), the movie would be better with the JS more developed, Cavill still appears, but is more secret

Shazam: Fury of the Gods (2022)

Batman: The Red Hood (2022): A sequel that features Jason Todd returning

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2023)

Justice League 3 (2023) - Darkseid's invasion

Shazam 3 (2023), Black Adam and Superman appear

TV/HBO spin-offs
Peacemaker (2022)
Nightwing (2023)

Ummm, the very first scenario renders your post null and void.

The "DCEU" failed because it was garbage from the START, so to come up with an alternate scenario where it was a well made and successful franchise, you would have needed a completely different approach for their Superman "reboot".

My "alternate DCEU" would start with them tossing David S. Goyer's putrid script in the paper shedder, firing everyone involved in the project because they OBVIOUSLY didn't "get" Superman, and hiring a new team to start over from scratch and ACTUALLY "fix" the problems people had with Superman Returns (like the movie being too dour and somber and Lois Lane having zero chemistry with Superman)
