Same close cropped hair cut and receding hairline. That's about it. Statham's features are more chiseled. Sorry.

well for the OP's pic...

based on 'that picture' overall i say yes... BUT since the lighting and camera angle and with the shades on it might be misleading. lol ... so it's hard to say for sure until he gets a good lighting picture etc.... which my guess is one he does that i would overall say 'no, he dont look like jason'

as for the other guys pic ( http://i27.tinypic.com/27x3wi8.jpg ) ... overall i say yeah there is a resemblance but i would not have a hard time telling that he was not Jason S though.
