Fox Crossing Over its Marvel Film Franchises? (Source)
According to Twitter poster "Poni_boy" who regularly posts scoops, pics, and appears to be involved in the film business; Fox is going the Marvel Studio route for its new set of films starting with X-Men: First Class. They will cross over all of their Marvel franchises into one movieverse, that is independent of Marvel Studio's Marvel movieverse.
The franchises that Fox will crossover are:
X-Men
Fantastic Four
Daredevil
Exactly how this will work remains to be seen, but could we be seeing Matt Murdock or Reed Richards in X-Men: First Class? Or better yet could Dr. Doom become the ultimate mastermind he was in the comics? Could Dr. Doom, Magneto, and Kingpin team up on screen? Could be cool.
I'm always skeptical but this guy has provided good information in the past, so we'll see. This would make sense considering Fox's new reboot approach to its Marvel franchises, and based upon Marvel's success with the concept.
