Completely unlikeable character
Andre Braugher's Gen. Hager is a hugely annoying character. Bossy, demanding, rude, dictator-like, and with no regard for the safety or concerns of any other character.

Really though, "I regret trusting you guys, you four who have saved the world on multiple occasions and are world-renowned heroes, and instead will bring in help from the guy who tried to destroy New York that time-- who I'll trust wholeheartedly. I'll even grant him access to that silver guy's surfboard; what could go wrong?"
