I was watching the movie on my own with popcorn,i finished the popcorn and at the end of the movie i noticed the popcorn kernels left in the bowl. I decided to count them for obvious reasons and to my amazement they all added up to 23. Now i didn't want this to happen so i counted again but it was still 23. I don't believe this means anything i just thought it was weird coincidence

haha of course none of this means anything its just funny. i got two stories. i was watching this with my roommates in our dorm. our dorm number is 1327 and i did the math that 27-3-1=23! ha. also i was txt'n my friend about it and after the movie we were just talking and with out noticing instead of typing "be" the txt came up "23" no joke.

i looked at my clock twice during this movie and just now, the first time it was 11:52 (during the middle of the movie)
the second time (right after i read your post) it was 12:52
the 52's cancel each other out, and 11+12=23
the 52s would cancel each other out if you were subtracting...but you added the 11 and 12.

I was over at a friends house, and decided to watch this movie. He already went to bed, and I was watching it on his computer. So about halfway in the movie, I wanted to know the time. I minimalized Windows Media Player, and checked the time. 23:23

shareThe thing that the movie didn't imply well, was the fact that followed by the numbers bad things would generally happen or atleast begin sprouting. It wasn;t shown to well as it was more a personal story, and thinking outside the box was left to the viewer.

Haha. Before watching this movie I was part way into the first Harry Potter film and I continued watching it after I finished this movie (just forgot to edit my post...) Anyway right when Harry gets onto platform 9 3/4 and sees the train, the number on the front of the train is 5972, when I saw it I was like, wouldn't that be funny if it added up to 23? And what do you know.. it does :P

Thats all I came up with. I don't really believe in this 23 thing. You can make almost any number if you try hard enough.
For instance if this movie was called "The Number 5": all those times I came up with 23, I could just add them together and get 5.
One reason 23 might be noticed alot is because the numbers "2" and "3" are beside each other when you count (1,2,3,4). So if you were obsessed with 23, you would see it every time something was numbered or counted.
When we were about to start the movie, the time was 22:33 [23 being in the middle] and my sister went to check the washing machine and it said 23 minutes left. During the movie, my sister reminded me that our house number of our address was 23, ooooh spooky...haha not really.
