just watched it on TV and yeah it's a very enjoyable flick! straight to the point, and non-stop action very good 8/10 :)

shareagreed 100%, I saw this 3 times in the theater. Its one of those unique movies where before you know it, the credits are rolling. Never a dull moment at all.

I was entertained throughout. Once you get passed the suspension of belief and realize you're basically watching a fantasy movie it's a great watch.

I'm wondering how it looks in 4k as it did get a 4k release. It's likely just upscale as it was shot with very early HD cameras.
shareI believe the version I watched was 4k (albeit the compressed version streamed through HBO) and it looked nice for a movie nearly 20 years old but it definitely is a far cry from something shot in native 4k. It wasn't immersion breaking by any means though, especially since the movie plays out like more of a comic book than comic movies do to where you're not really thinking about how it doesn't appear the same as real life does.
