The Man In Black healing his wound with that device

Now i know thats a device they used to heal the wounds on hosts bodies but so that thing can actually heal actual humans wounds as well? So they have a magical gun that just closes and heals wounds? I could buy that kind of device made to heal those synthetic manufactured bodies but for it to work on actual humans as well?

That seemed weird to me, i know its the future but that just seemed a little too farfetched.

Well, we still can't be sure if the Man in Black is actually human.

Remember this is the future. In season 1 Robert says something along the line of humanity has found cures to all diseases.

So it's not clear to me that the Man in Black is a host based only on the heal gun. That being said, it is a possibility that he is a host. I don't know.

We don't know if it's the exact same tool. It looks very similar but could be tweaked for Human biology. It was clearly hidden for emergency use for guests only. As said, this is the future. Entirely plausible the technology is there considering the advancements of all the other crazy shit Delos has accomplished.

Then again, are we fully aware of the makeup of the hosts? Are they essentially synthetic Humans but with a type of computer as a brain? They could be nearly identical to Human bodies in terms of tissue, circulatory system e.t.c. but without the need to rely on organs. I'm not sure how that works after they've been 'woken' after dying. Maybe we'll be treated to an autopsy or even a vivisection heh.

I don't think that they're THAT identical to us in terms of biology & human bodily functions. Did you see how curious Dolores was when she saw that guy sweat? I'm guessing that's one of the things that the hosts "don't" do. So no it would seem that they're not identical to us in every facet.

in the opening credits they show them being assembled - they're made out of epoxy and brake fluid.

i'm thinking he's a host, too. along the lines of bernard. willam was an owner, he would have likely had a fairly exalted access to the technology.

he also makes remarks to his sidekick about dying this time for real, which could imply the perspective of a human, or the new awarenesss of an enhanced host. at any rate, he's by far the coolest thing in the show.

tldr: its a hint, might be a feint

The tl;dr tag never ceases to amaze me these days, as it might just be me, but it seems to be put at the end of shorter and shorter posts.
OT, I've no idea what gizmo is being talked about...trying to remember seeing it.

tl;dr tl;dr = weird
gizmo = huh?
