Which puupet would you consider yourself closer to?

(7) To Defend Us...

(5) To Guide Us...

(3) To Define Us...

(4) To Teach Us...

(6) To Lead Us...

(9) To Save Us.

(8) To Guard Us...

(2) To Inspire Us...

(1) To Protect Us..

This is from the tagline's of the movie.

My question is "Which puppet would you consider yourself closer to?"

4 and 5! I am always making lists, catagorizing things and will hide at the first sign of danger. I love history too.

I'm either 2 or 5. Possibly a combination of both.

I would be 6

A lot of people are saying to protect, to guard and to defend are the same things, but their not. They are similar words, this is true. But used with the characters in question, they have very different meaning. To protect by keeping safe. To guard by guarding, not offensive at all. The lookout. And to Defend, with 7, means the actual fighter. Not the same at all.

(7) To Defend Us... Simple enough, she defends them. She is the defender! It is different than the protector or the guard. She is the one with the strength TO defend them.

(5) To Guide Us... He is as smart as 2, but in a different way. He was equal parts cautious and productive, and was able to help guide them in a metaphor of sorts.

(3) To Define Us... In the same concept as the information gathering. He has the information to define them in the literal sense.

(4) To Teach Us... Information gathering, he preserves information.

(6) To Lead Us... He sees the future, so he's leading them with his visions, as he leads them to the first room just before he dies.

(9) To Save Us. He saves them, simple.

(8) To Guard Us... He is the guard, which is very different than a Defender or a protector. Do guards in prison protect or defend the prisoners? No. He guards them, simple.

(2) To Inspire Us... He inspires, that one is simple enough to understand, if you know the character

(1) To Protect Us.. He takes them to safety and tries to keep them there, where he thinks they're safe. He was described as a coward and that is true. But he was doing his best to protect them and himself. A protector doesn't have to be a fighter. A protector could throw themselves in your place as a sacrifice and you could be protected, get it?

What it comes down to is, if you don't like this movie, you wont put too much thought into it. You may take it at first glance. But why waste your time here posting in something you don't like in the first place? It seems kind of pointless to me.

Focus features said this about 8 (found using google) Armed with a giant kitchen cleaver and half a scissor blade, the none-too-bright muscle and enforcer of the group, 8, is created to help the others physically survive the dangerous, post-apocalyptic world
