Alan Alda.
When the movie first starts, he is a really likeable guy. Someone who would help you invest your money properly...
Then when it's revealed he is scamming people, he turns into a jerk you wanna punch in the face.

Alan Alda has the ability to make you like his character before he turns into a jerk. I thought he did that quite well on MASH. Hawkeye was a good guy but sometimes he was so insufferable and preachy that I wanted to punch him.
