Of course, this is just an observation, but I see far more Asian women with white men than Asian men with white women. Why do you think this is the case?

It's because most Asian men don't step outside their culture and try to date people of other race.
Another reason is because Asians represent the smallest minority in America. Less than 4% I believe.
There are plenty of white girls that are willing to date Asian guys, its just that they very rarely get approach by them.
I don't think it has anything to do with stereotypes as much as Asian guys not taking the initiative. Stereotypes exist in all colors, but its a trend that's dying as interracial dating/marriage increases. Asian guys needs to participate.
