She did and it's still in the credits. However, when referenced in a database an actor is usually referred to by their current name.
It's about ease of looking up the actor.

I think a lot of his films are going to be hurt by it. Especially this one especially and Whip It also Hard Candy. Even My Days of Mercy, can't call that a lesbian film anymore. Very much driven by the fact they are female driven films.

But really at the end of the day, it's his life and films mean jackshit to it. if he's happy good luck to him.

Just watched Juno again. Still a nice movie. Who cares what the actors do in their private lives? As long as their work is good.
