Renewed!

Yep, I keep a close eye on renewals.
CW renewed many other shows, I think the total was 10. But Supernatural is the only CW show I watch. Well, I was watching Dynasty, but it's very boring now. I don't know how that got renewed. CW looks at their ratings very differently, or has other deals. But yeah, more Supernatural. The boys seem to really enjoy doing the show, so as long as they want to do it, the show will continue.

I've read an article about a potential spinoff, but what I don't understand is why they didn't go with Wayward Sisters? I don't know if I'd tune in every week, but it was 100% better than that Bloodlines. I don't think Jensen wants their to be spinoffs. I remember reading, he prefers to see "them" stay in their world. And I agree.

I don't think they really want to expand. I'm not a fan of spinoffs, they seem to only truly work in the crime drama world, because those worlds/characters/stories can spread out. If there is something Supernatural, how can you do it without the Brothers? IMO it's unnecessary for a Supernatural spinoff....just watch Supernatural. However, I think IF and When Supernatural does end, then they might try a spinoff to continue the franchise, but by then it might feel forceful and ruining the boys ending.... So don't know about that.

I think as long as the boys want to do it, the longer the show will continue.
I guess if the ratings get low, it could get cancelled but I don't see the happening anytime soon.
