Sam and Eileen definitely look like they've grown closer. I wonder if the writers have anything planned for those two. Either way Eileen is a lovely woman who's also a hunter and that would be a nice change of pace for Sam. His last girlfriends... π

I was getting to a point liking him. And thought he worked well with the guys.

Me too. So far, they've never suspected Ketch but after seeing him with the vampire, and noticing what I expect will be Ketch's emotionless reaction to Mick's disappearance, Dean will put two and two together.

Maybe when Mick shows up as a spirit in the bunker for some reason. It's more likely they'll be told that he was sent back to the UK to continue to keep them completely clueless until the right time and then they'll be told about Mick in a smug way by Ketch or Toni when one or both of them try to kill them.
I think your second part will be most likely. Of the two, Toni is the more vengeful one. And she told Mick the Winchesters have to fall in line or get rid of them. Mr. Ketch will just follow orders.
Would love to see Mick somehow come back to warn them. That would be fun to watch.
I knew what was coming the moment he started to speak his mind.
