The ending was so bad they had to make an alternate version for the fans. How many sitcoms have alternate endings?

Crazy i just found the alt ending, it is so much better. It’s amazing that they went with the one they chose. That had to be quite a battle.

That took a while. lol I watched it back when you could rent Blockbuster discs. Honestly, I am not sure what they were thinking. I guess they thought audiences would love the ending.

The whole story was basically a 9 year story about how Ted wanted to bang Robin again after his wife died.
