My full siblings are- Finola, Brittany, Morgan and Tegan. All my other sibling are half (mainly from mum) but finola, britz, me, morgz, tegz, jason, gary and jiordy all live together...Mark has two daughters named Judy (7) and Carol (4 months) which makes me an aunt! PLUS Rachael is living in New York studying journalism! AND Tobey is studying medicine in Australia!

Tegan is an ultimate BRAT and Morgan is such a cutie..and there twins believe it or not!

I shared a room when i was really little but not since i was like 8 or something.

I loved growing up in a big family.

I noticed alot of people on this board have big families do you think that is why you like these movies?

I think it's almost like a secret club that people in smaller families don't understand and i think these movies do a great job of as the director put it "writting a love letter to chaos" that is life and love in a big family.

Lol, my kids loved Yours, Mine and Ours, too!

Sometimes, it's really different being in a big family. Teachers getting a new up and coming member of the family, say "Ah, another Murtaugh kid!" People in the neighborhood say things like, "Oh. you have the house with all the kids in it."

Some people don't know what it's like to have to compete for food--if you aren't fast enough, the doughnuts are all gone! The competition, the hand-me-downs, having to make things stretch, (not to mention, organize all the socks and shoes). But it's also fun.

My mother and father had me and my brother ty, then, I suppose, they decided they wanted more so Nik and Cat were born. Then my mom said she missed having a baby in the house so Aleksey was born. And I guess the twins were 'surprises'

I also have 0 and I wish I had a couple, at least. I like large families.

I must say I'm astonished at the number of you guys having more than 5 siblings. None of my friends/cousins/colleagues/classmates/ etc. have more than that. Having more than 8 is practically unheard of. Well, maybe I exaggerated in that last point, but you get the idea.

Technically an only child. My mother was 15 when she had me, and my nanna made my mum go to university whilst nanna looked after me. So she did. But mum didn't come back because she was too scared that i wouldn't recognise her. Then last year, we remet for the first time since i was about 6. It was amazing. But because i lived with my nanna, i lived with her two daughters Annemarie + Louise who are now 22 and 24. I call them my sisters because they've always acted like it. And i call my Nanna mum, and my real mum by her normal name which is Michelle. I still live with my nanna but i see Michelle regularly. I hate how people sort of frown upon the way my family is, but I kinda like it. I just wish I didn't have to choose sometimes between my mums.

You all have such lovely sounding families btw, it's so cute how close some of you sound. I wish I had a bigger, less disfunctional family. When I'm older I either want no children or atleast 4

dang! I thought my family was big!!! none of you are adopted??? everyone asks me if my if all of the 12 kids belong to both of my parents and the answer always is yes. my mom was pregnant with twins but she was in the hospital with my little brother and the doctors had her on all sorts of drugs and sadly it killed the twins. (she wasn't very far along but it was long enough that she knew they were twins) anyhoo you have a lot of kids in your fam!

My three older brothers are a bit over protective, too. Even though the oldest is only 6 years older than me. I'll probably be the same way with my younger siblings when they get older, though.
