Worst Nicholas Cage film?

I know, there's a long list of bad Nicholas Cage films to choose from but of all of them this has got to be the worst I've seen.

Not even close. This is at least watchable. I actually enjoyed it. Between worlds is the worst I've seen. It has the chick from the first Bourne movie in it.

reply

I don't think it is either. I actually liked it but hated the absurd ending.

Of all his theatrical released films I'd say his worst was "The Wicker Man".

reply

Wicker Man is at least so funny it is good. And not technically badly shot. It at least tries to build a world-ish.

reply

Nope, because it's a cheap rip-off of the original Wicker Man which was a British 1973 film. So it has zero value. I still say Knowing is below zero.

reply

Omg was it a rip off I didt know

reply

The only thing I can remember from "Wicker Man" is Cage walking around in the end of the film with giant shoe feet (slippers) in a forest.

It is a terrible movie, it has the same rating as Jaws 3D on IMDB.

And this was Nicolas Cage in 2006 mind you.

"Wicker Man" was poison and killed his career.

This one is really good and underrated in my opinion, the director Alex Proyas is good and it did not look like a straight to video film.

If you want to watch a bad one I would 'recommend' The Humanity Bureau and Left Behind.

reply

Left Behind...no question.

I liked Knowing, it had a nice build up and some great scenes of destruction. Lost its way near the end, but still overall very enjoyable.

reply

You have not seen Left Behind then. This is actually an okay movie.
