Not just a very fine movie, but very interesting, to boot. Says a lot about Taymor's imagination; I like the very unique and different ways the musical numbers have been interpreted visually (and performed, too). It might not be everybody's cup of tea, but the movie certainly should have been received at least somewhat better.

I've probably watched this at least once every other month since it came out. I love the soundtrack and it's got a great story.
