This stuff wasn't even good in the 80s.

shareI'm a 90s kid so I wasn't around for the original early 80s run, but I remember watching re-runs of the cartoon and it was well written with memorable storylines & characters. I also had some of the toys which were passed down to me, and they were much higher quality than the tmnt toys that all us 90s kids had.
I can see why people loved this show.
