In a scene where Richard finally kidnaps that one man and also in a twist says that his brother was a spastic, when he tries to imitate Anthony, what does he say?
Sounds like "Ana, I cut my jaw. Na na na na na can't find my yo", but what is it, can anyone make it out, thanks.
I found this happened a few times in this movie where the music would swell and it would drown out the actors’ voices. I loved this movie but I thought it was an odd choice by the director.
share2 AP, just to let you know, in that scene, the music DID NOT "drown" anything, rather, I was just curious what Paddy Considine's character meant/intended to say with the way he said what he said that imitated his dead brother, that he also called a "spastic" in that scene?

He went out of his way to kill those men out of vengeance for his brother's death but in the end dared to and managed to call him a "spastic" and say he was an "embarrassment" to him, I honestly did NOT see that coming.
In most if not all revenge films that I have seen, the avenger showed great love and respect to the related party whose death or humiliation they were avenging.
He was saying that his brother was a ''fuckin' nana'' ['banana' slang for mental. pron. ''Nar-na''].
The rest was his impression of someone with learning difficulties.
