So well I was waiting for Hamilton America to start I got to thinking about my opinion for this post. What If Everyone was Alive...Where would they be now?
Meredith: Would still be Chief of General Surgery, married to Derek, 3 children, juggling the responsibility of work and motherhood the best she can.
Derek: Would have continued with his research for the president but would have succeeded on getting his research moved to Seattle, so he wouldn't have to be away from his family. Harper Avery Winner
Cristina: Divorced from Owen, Against popular opinion I believe Cristina would have still left Seattle because her brilliance would have out grown the hospital. Unless she became Head of Cardio, but that was Teddy's job and there wouldn't be a place for Maggie..Cristina would not have been happy just being an attending. Married to her work, Harper Avery Winner
Alex: Would be Head of Peds by now because Arizona moved to strictly fetal medicine. Alex relationship status is difficult kinda of up in the air. He is trying to figure things out with Jo but she keeps too many secrets.
Izzie: Since nobody died I see her happily married to Denny and raising a few children. She is a cancer survivor and Denny stayed my her side the same way she did for him during his heart transplant. I believe the clinic would still have been opened by Izzie and Bailey. Izzie spends her days working in the clinic because she realized surgery just isn't for her, but she still wanted to help people.
George: Divorced from Callie, Serving in the Army as a trauma surgeon because he really did need to find his place and Seattle wasn't doing it for him.
Richard: I know I said no deaths but Ellis and Adele's were of natural causes, so I'm going to keep those. Married, Mentoring young residents, passed on the Chief baton to Bailey. Is getting ready to retire to spend more time with Catherine and his grandchildren.
Bailey: Married to Ben, Chief of Surgery, pretty much right where she is.
Burke: Never married Cristina, still left the hospital because it was time to move on.
Addison: Running a Private Practice with her husband Jake in LA. Too much drama in Seattle.
Mark: Married to Lexie, Head of Plastic but thinking of opening his own practice because he isn't getting any younger and Jackson is more than ready to be Head of Department. Still father to Sophia but expect first child with Lexie, so total of 2 children.
Lexie: Married to Mark, expecting first child with Mark. Wasn't quite ready to be head of neuro when Derek stepped down so now she is working under Amelia. She was surprised to find out that Meredith had another sister (Maggie) but welcomed her with open arms.
Callie: Divorced from George, Married to Arizona, It's been a tough battle with Arizona but they have been able to work through all there issues. New mom to Timothy Carlos Robbins-Torres. Still Head of Othro and mentoring Jo.
Arizona: Married to Callie, Head of Fetal Medicine, New mom to Timothy Carlos Robbins-Torres, once her fellowship ended she decided to try one more time to carry a child.
Owen: Divorced from Cristina. Married to Amelia, Head of Trauma. Pretty much the same.
April: Married to Jackson, mother of 2, works in Trauma with Owen.
Jackson: Married to April. Father of 2, in line to become Head of Plastics, Still Head of the Board that includes (Meredith, Derek, Mark, Callie, Arizona, Bailey, Alex, Jackson, and Richard)
Teddy and Henry: Henry survived his surgery. Teddy and Henry left Seattle when Henry got a job coaching baseball. They are parents to a handsome 2 year old boy.
Ben: Married to Bailey, 5th year resident, is pretty undecided on a specialty.
Jo: Married to unknown man, false identity (who is Jo Wilson?), relationship with Alex up in the air, 5th year resident, mentored by Callie so specialty Ortho.
Stephanie: Dating Kyle, 5th year resident (Chief), Mentored by Maggie, so specialty is cardio.
Heather: Single, 5th year resident, Mentored by Amelia and Lexie, Has a knack for neuro.
Shane: Left with Cristina to be mentored.
Leah: Left the program once she realized she had no shot with Arizona again.
Amelia: Married to Owen, Head of Neuro, Loves the Auntie life but is ready to try having a baby again, since her first one died.
Penny: Doesn't exist because Derek didn't die so she was never introduced.
Maggie: Head of Cardio, Enjoying the single life and getting to know her new family.
Riggs: Doesn't exist in my story because we don't need a Derek replacement.
Andrew: Promising Intern or 2nd year resident. Still trying to find his way at the hospital.
I don't think I missed anyone...Sorry for such a long post.
