Code Black is pretty good . Maybe not as good at the puzzles but the medical angle is there.

You realize most of those are canceled now? The watchable ones are at least. Bull is kinda meh, I got 3 eps in and it was too preachy, no ty.

I thought lie to me is did pretty well anyway, id suggest you to focus on looking for shows which Main character is similar to House rather than the full concept

Just look for shows who's main character is also a genius and good reading people and bit of an arse.
Don't try to look for hospital dramas that's the worst thing to look for but at end i also failed with my own advice but that's because i got addicted to Hugh Laurie's acting style now i can't watch a single series where he isnt in it and think this show would be a thousand tims better with hugh in it

Call me crazy but I think every fan of this show should check The Marvel cinematic Universe, I feel like House is very similar to MCU Tony Stark/Iron Man, Tony’s personality and his sense of humor reminds me so much to House.

Also his relationship with Pepper is pretty similar to House and Cuddy it’s just at the end both did everything right.

Also in some way Tony’s relationship with Steve is quite similar to House and Foreman and Tony’s relationship with Natasha/Black Widow is quite similar to House and thirteen.

I find New Amsterdam to be a bit like House. Every week there's challenging problems which are tackled by a doctor in unorthodox ways who will do whatever it takes to do the right thing. And he butts heads with management alot. It's less funny and lots more heartwarming. And there's a pretty good cast of likeable characters.
