The worst performance in this movie goes to....
Trilby Glover's character as Jon Forster's lawyer in the very beginning. Porn acting at its finest.

shareAl Pacino should be ashamed of this one.
shareAl Pacino is the worst. With this cast, you expect solid B grade acting. However, when you see his name in the credits, it throws you off knowing the talent that Al Pacino brings to the table. He basically sleep walks this entire film and cannot be taken seriously at all.
Given the other actors in the film and the plot, I have to wonder if they spent their entire budget on Pacino.
Sobieski, without a doubt. That last scene is hysterical, when she pulls of a strained, false, very forced laugh,I almost crapped myself out of both appreciating the humor and fearing what Films is and will be when it´s at its worst.
Cool William Forsythe. At that Point in his career he had descended to B-Movies for good(Watch the poster and see how his name is the only removed. Did he not want to be associated with this film or did the studio Think he would bring the Project down?)...but he looks like he is the one in a C-Movie surrounded by much less talented actors and just wants to get home. I dig Forsythe and can understand this sleepwalking...get a chance to Yell in Pacinos face and this is the film you end up doing it in. 5,9...Pacinofan boys juke up the stats much?
It has the be Leelee Sobieski. Rarely have I seen acting so poor and unconvincing as hers during the final showdown with Pacino.
Alicia Witt, not even a contest. Her acting was UNBELIEVABLY bad, she managed to ruin a lot of the tension. All the time she just seemed to open up the mouth wide and say her lines in the most awkward manner you can imagine.
Leelee Sobeiski is a very close second. She was so awful in the final scene that it made me shudder, I was stunned at how little someone could give a *beep* to be convincing. Her performance is up there with Stephen Rea in FearDotCom.
Al Pacino was fine. It's the weakest performance I've seen from him, but he wasn't that bad, and managed to bring some great comical moments. William Forsythe was awesome, he gave the best performance in the whole movie. These two guys actually saved the movie enough to make me rate it a 6.
