I'm actually looking for more movies where there's a missing person and either there's no evidence the person existed or other people try to convince someone that there never really was a person. This one, "Dangerous Crossing", "So Long at the Fair", "The Lady Vanishes", "Bunny Lake is Missing", "The Forgotten", "Breakdown". Can anyone think of any others?

Frantic with Harrison Ford, came out in 1988. His wife disappears from their hotel in France and no one recalls having seen her to begin with. I've only seen it once and it was a while ago, but I remember it being a pretty good film. Also, it's directed by Roman Polanski, so visually it's a treat.
