Mind your head

shareI'm six feet tall and I worked in an old building for four years that had a stairway with a ceiling that was too low for anyone over about five feet nine inches. I went up and down that stairway at least ten times a day, and in four years I never hit my head. You think about it the first few times, then you just get used to it to the point that you unconsciously duck.
shareThat's what I was thinking - you get used to it. In Doc Martin's case, I think he was used to it too, for the most part. It seemed to me that it happened when he was frustrated, upset, or embarrassed and forgot to duck. Being tall, he had to duck quite often and I thought it must be a pain to have to do it as often as he did. I'll never have to worry about this - I think I'm part Munchkin. π
I some what remember watching a dvd extra discussing how the director loved Martin clunes for this type of body humor
I would imagine it is in the hundreds
