No disrespect to Firefly or The Expanse but BSG is the best space Sci-Fi TV show.
shareI'm revisiting a fairly recent post I made here. Now that I can stream and binge BSG at my convenience, I'm enjoying it much more. But I'm only at the beginning of season 2.
shareI spent the last few months watching it from start-to-finish for the first time in years. I forget if I've never watched the whole thing since I originally saw it, or if it's just been a while. This show is just WOW. It's so well-made, emotional, and powerful. And I forgot how funny Baltar is, particularly early on.
I remember the IMDB boards were PACKED after every episode. Then somewhere right before the final season mainstream audiences noticed the show too. Good times.
First 2 seasons were good, then it went of the rails (jumped the shark)

It did have good effects though.
