Please release a version without the animation.

I love Philip K. Dick, I also happen to really enjoy this book, however the film is unwatchable.
A version without the animation would be great, as far as the suits go it can be handled composting, the animation was not needed for such a effect.

I personally feel the animation added a lot to the overall spaced out feel of the movie. It doesn't even feel you're watching animation at times because it looks so real. I would, however, like to see the whole film in it's natural state, just for comparison.

I agree, I'd like to see a version without the animation.

I gave up on this movie after 5 minutes because of the animation.

Yeah the cartoon filter semi-ruined it for me as well but I'm not sure a non animated one would be possible as I imagine many scenes were done with green screen and some of the effects were all animated as well (the bugs for instance)

Worst bit was the constant shapeshifting of the polices a true eye-sore.

Death to mainstream cinema!

All depends on your taste and dislikes. Personally i'm not a fan of Cell Shading in games or movies. Would much prefer this story as a standard movie or different style of animation / textures.

Thanks Anon Seven:
Iagree with you. It is a distraction to see the actors animated like that. Maybe part-animation would be better. Otherwise, I will look for another version of this flick.

I loved the animation.

One of the best movies of the 2000's bar none.
