Well, I've seen my fair share of films, and I can honestly say that this deserves to be on the IMDB top 25, or at least the top 250. ABSOLUTELY every aspect of this film was incredible. The acting was fantastic, the music was unique and incredible, the cinematography was among the best I've ever seen, and the story was unique, effective and very likeable. How is this not on the top 250? I can't see how anyone could not love this film.
shareI will agree with you that this is a superb film. I'd like to give it somewhere between a high 8/low 9, which is why I gave it an 8. The score is not too far off from my expectations, though, so I'm pretty pleased.
One thing I don't get is why some of you are calling this film overrated...because I'm sure EVERYONE you know is singing praises of this film, let alone even knowing about it. I think some of you would benefit from looking up the definition of overrated. Come on, it's hardly a summer block-buster hit that everyone is going crazy about...

A wonderful movie, a very nice story, it was lovely, funny and sad. 7.7 was ok, now it's only a 7.5.
