Lena or Carmen. I definitely relate the most to Lena (artist, loves solitude, sensible, being paranoid that guys like us for our looks after being treated like that, being the "team mom" in friendships) except for her ridiculous CONSTANT pining after Kostos in every single book. Will she or won't she? Lenny, FCOL, either date him or don't, sheesh. I also hate how she treats her mother but she is so easy for me to get other than the Kostos thing.
I really love Carmen though. I hate how she treats Paul's girlfriend in the books and how she acts like she is better than Krista for having a huge butt, but I find her the most interesting character with the best storylines. She reminds me of my favorite girl from Now and Then, Chrissy- the pudgy one, feminine, hates messes, whiner, is the glue that holds her friends together. I love that she's a drama queen and into fashion but is a big math geek. I like how she looks for signs and sees meaning in everything and knows how important family and friendships are.
I find Bridget interesting too (she is not as reckless and boy crazy in the books) but Tibby is too quick to be judgmental for me.
