Why's Jeff still around?

Can't they just kill him off already? I don't see why's he important to keep around. He isn't even funny.

At this point, Hayley's not even funny. She's just living at home with her parents... and her husband.

It made better sense when she was in college. Jeff has pretty much ruined that though.

I like Jeff. He's the perfect foil for Stan. Its not so much that Jeff isn't funny (I think he is) but its that since he's returned from space he doesn't have a clear-cut storyline, really. The rebirth wasn't so much about Jeff as it was Roger and Hayley, and resolving a dangling plot point.

Agreed, he adds nothing. Kill him off so Hayley can get back to some nasty sex with all manner of men and beasts, lol.

I love Jeff, he's a total sweetie. He gets a decent amount of screen time, but not too much. It's an ensemble show, they're good at giving each character a fair share of screen time.

I agree. I was sooooo happy when they left him in themcryo tube for the Xmas episode.

yeah kill jeff! he is so annoying and i get so tired of him and hayley's constant breaking up and getting back together. thats part of the reason i stopped watching the show.

The more personalities you have the less boring you are!

I do sorta like how he's gradually become a main character when he just started out as a plot device so Roger would write Haley's essay.

I never liked him either but I read that the guy who does his voice is a friend of Seth Macfarlane so it looks like he'll be on the show as long as he wants.
