I know where Sanchez got his voice!!!

Check out a film called 'Memoirs of an Invisible Man' by John Carpenter that came out in 1992.

If you watch this film you will come across a character who speaks in exactly the same voice as Sanchez - it's incredible!

If the actor from Darkplace hasn't seen this film I'd be very surprised.

I found his voice and acting kinda like Christopher Walken, in one scene I was absolutely positive he made perfect impression of Walken and that's where it hit me. That deep voice, akward pauses, tone...

I'm fairly sure it's his real voice, he talks the same in the IT Crowd.

You and he were... buddies... weren't you.

The emphasis on the 'B' in buddies gives me palpitations of joy

It sounded like James Mason to me at first but also reminded me of Gregory Peck. The style of speaking is very similar.

I hear a lot of Gregory Peck there, very stentorian (I'm a language junkie - that's my hit), no matter what he's saying.
