Do NOT say neither. Has to be one or the other. I mean I don't find either one to be that entertaining, but I'm willing to put forth my effort to vote for one over the other.
My vote is for Blood and Chocolate unfortunately.

Movie - Twilight

movie wise, both are just horrible. but book wise, of course blood and chocolate.
1. love story- twilight, we have nothing in common but you hot and sparkle. you smell so *beep* good! we want to have sex but parents won't approve of our book if we do it before getting married so for the sake of sales, let's wait.
blood and chocolate, i'm a werewolf and i hate my packs' way of life. i'm an outcast of humans and have a fascination with werewolves, we are both hormonal teenagers that want sex and almost succeed.
2. characters- twilight, i'm a pretentious mary sue that can't seem to walk on a flat surface without falling and i have no personality yet i make friends in the first chapter, i'm a nameless guy friend, i have no point in life but to ask mary sue to the recent school event, i'm a vampire....but i sparkle in the sunlight, but i only drink animal blood, but i go to highschool for no reason.
blood and chocoalte, i'm a werewolf thats also a true teenager, i'm spiteful and rebelious, i'm her bf and the same goes for me we enjoy to do activities that teenagers do like go to concerts, watch movies, etc instead of sitting in a room and stare into each others eyes for the whole night

Based on movies... It depends. They're very different stories so it's hard to compare.
The only similarity is that they both feature werewolves. In terms of which werewolves I prefer I'd say Twilight. In B&C a normal wolf is easy to beat and even a tiny bit of common silver poisons them. They're pretty weak. In Twilight, they're large wolves who are very fast and strong. Granted I say twilight in reference to the New Moon movie.
However, B&C has a better story and had more realistic approach.
So, if voting as a werewolf fan I'd go with Twilight: New Moon.
If going by story I vote Blood & Chocolate.
As to which I prefer overall depends on my mood. Sometimes I want a good story, sometimes I just like being impressed with one of my fave supernatural creatures and seeing a decent portrayal of it. So my preference varies on a day to day basis.

Both have great aspects.
Twilight is longer and has a very indepth world but my vote is for Blood and Chocolate. The movie was better for starters, but the book is amazing and much more "real".

I have to admit, I like Blood and Chocolate. I know it is a guilty pleasure, but I am admitting that I love this movie despite its dumbness. Maybe its just Agnes Bruckner but I really hate Twilight and I would prefer to watch this a hundred times more than Twilight. 100/per Twilight.
