Do NOT say neither. Has to be one or the other. I mean I don't find either one to be that entertaining, but I'm willing to put forth my effort to vote for one over the other.
My vote is for Blood and Chocolate unfortunately.
Twilight. I don't really see any comparison.. Twilight all the way!
Reason: Bella, Edward, Alice, Jasper, Carlisle <- I love the characters soo much! No other book has made me really fall in love with the characters until now.
And, "Twilight" The movie is way better than Blood and Chocolate movie, in my HONEST opinion.

Blood and Chocolate hands down. If I were 14 I might say otherwise, but Blood and Chocolate is drastically more adult.
Both movies are cast very well all around, both have a horror/love story fusion thing going on, but having watched both recently, Blood and Chocolate is the one my boyfriend didn't groan and complain about being too sappy. In fact, he actively liked it despite being anti-sentimental.
Twilight is a limited audience kinda thing. It's for young women or women who feel nostalgic about being that age. I honestly didn't dislike Twilight, but Blood and Chocolate subverted a lot of cliches about both horror and romance. Twilight was... sparkly. Literally. B&C was not.

Now, to answer the important question!
Unfortunately I have never read Blood and Chocolate (i absolutely will), but if to talk strictly films:
in terms of stroytelling B&C is better developed then Twilight! the actors actualy act, the editing is superior! the frame and colours! oh,,,the directing overall is superior - that's it!
Twilight, unfotrunately looses on many levels!
yet both films are equally entertaining! yet somehow I didnt feel that compassionate to the characters in B&C, and I doubt I will rewatch this film!
I guess its Twilight for me! just for the feeling it gives me!
