As usual 'females under 18' overrating another piece of crap

Everytime... They overrate crappy films and they underrate masterpieces or complicated films.
When are their votes going to be removed from the ranks? They've proved to be useless.

I'm a female well over 18 and I really liked the film. I just saw it on TV and didn't think I would like it so much. When it was advertised, it seemed like a silly rom-com, chick flick. It's really a drama dealing with lose. I lost a parent about 10 months ago, so this really hit home.

I'm not saying it was a super great movie but it was really good. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

I'm over triple 15 and I liked it. Not the best movie ever but certainly not a piece of crap.

I really liked this movie! What difference does it make how old you are and watching certain movies?

It's a few years since the start of this thread so we now have the advantage of an extended voting profile to respond with. The vote across nearly all groupings is a fairly consistent 6 +/- 0.3 . The only exception is the under 18 males - all 10 of them - who average a much lower rating. I'm sure the producers of this film bitterly regret missing this section of potential audience by not scripting in a massive cat fight that results in Mses Garner & Lewis ripping off each others cloths and wrestling in a convenient mud pit before realizing that they are just fighting an overwhelming mutual attraction and leaping in to bed together after an extended slo-mo shower scene.

As of this morning, of the almost 17,400 votes only 20 (twenty) were of that group. I doubt that amount of votes will substantially alter the rating of anything. That's .115% of the votes. Angry little man.
