The Life and Death of Col Blimp has a super nice German soldier. Not technically nazi but it created quite a storm in UK as it was released during WWII

Kelly's Heroes has a cool guy nazi too

The first time I saw this film I was a bit bothered by the depiction of a "nice Nazi," which is strange because Valkyrie didn't bother me. I felt as if it was a bit inappropriate, since Nazis are traditionally depicted as evil without exception. But realistically there had to be many people who were good but donned the Nazi uniform against their will simply in order to survive. This film is long overdue for a second viewing.
