Especially at the end when the creators thought he was a huge star because of the Hangover movies, so they decided that he needed to replace Carell as the lead of the show, even though it made no sense for the character to jump up like that, and is big part of why the last two seasons really did not work.

Nellie, for me, even if she wasn’t a main character until the last couple of seasons. She was annoying, unsympathetic, and not very funny.

Andy was the only character I can say that I really disliked.
