Gotta love "Cousins?"

Steve: It's just... palm trees annoy the f*k out of me!

Alfred: I think it's just great that, you know, to be able to say that I'm related to Steve Coogan!
Steve: Likewise... I can tell people that I'm related to Albert Molina.
Alfred: Alfred.
Steve: Yeah.

Steve: You're not gay, are you?
Alfred: No, no. I'm married.
Steve: Yeah well, so was James the First. No... I don't know why that just popped into my head... just... say it... get it out of the way...

Alfred: Give me your home number. I'll call you.
Steve: (long awkward pause) Can I say... no?

Alfred: He's a very committed environmentalist.
Steve: Spike Jonze is a tree hugger?! Jesus, I never had him down as that.
Alfred: (long awkward pause) I think he prefers the term 'leaf people' ...as do I.
Steve: Right! Don't get me wrong. I love trees. There should be more of them. When I use paper, I use both sides.

I've ranked the segments based on how much I like them overall, though they each have their own special qualities and shining moments. I do like the first four a great deal more than I do the others, however.

- Cousins?
- Somewhere In California
- Cousins
- Delirium
- Those Things'll Kill Ya
- Champagne
- No Problem
- Twins
- Jack Shows Meg His Tesla Coil
- Strange to Meet You
- Renée

I thought 'Those things'll kill ya " was clearly the best acted and scripted. It was laugh out loud funny for my wife and myself.
The rest, except for Tom Waits "What are you saying...I need a drummer?..."
was pretty dull..in fact, she fell asleep.

Delirium was by far the best one. By far.

By far my favorite has to be Delirium, the back and forth between Rza/Gza and Bill Murray had me in stitches and loving this movie so much more. Other than that Cousins was great, Cate Blanchett really had me believing that she was two different people- a egotistical, self-important b**ch; and a not a successful but happy cousin looking for some aknowledgement that she exsist from the other side of the family.

delirium-

"whats up billmurray?" made me laugh every time rza and gza said it. i know bill murray (see? i do it too) is the main talent in this one, but i felt like wu-tang totally made this sketch...the irony in these two rappers drinking tea and discussing alternative medicine treatments with urban slang is HILARIOUS. and rza's lisp is SO funny.

some hilarious quotes:

"music and medicine? all go together, it's like two planets revolving around the same sun so...bongbong"

"crispy clean no caffeine!"

"don't you know caffeine causes serious delirium?!"

"and you're bill murray! bill, groundhog day, ghostbusting ass bill murray!"

My favourites were...

- Somewhere in California (Waits/Pop)
- Cousins (Blanchett)
- Cousins? (Coogan/Molina)
- Twins (Lee/Lee/Buscemi)

And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.
