It depends on what you mean by best career, do you mean someone that has gotten alot of work since then? I would say Sophia and probably Hilarie probably have had the best career since OTH and maybe Chad. But really I think most of the main cast have all gone on and done alot of other projects.

Hilarie could have, with her popular appearances in hit shows, but she was unfortunately written off rather quickly in most of them like White Collar and Grey's.

He's actually been in a couple of tv series. One of his most recent ones was Agent Carter. He was in a movie with Nicolas Cage. You could go to his IMDB page and see what all he's been in. I'd say he's had decent career

I originally thought you meant work on the show. In that aspect, either Brooke or Nathan.
In reality, I'd go with Sophia. Chicago PD is a huge hit. Hilarie and Pierce did pretty well too. I think Bethany is concentrating on her family, Chad is just a douche who doesn't deserve work (thankfully he is regaining his manhood by taking care of his family), James hasn't really done anything significant, and the elder cast are amazing but not used enough.
