FNTM Week 1: Rock'N'Roll (Elimination up!)

Now that we finally have our final twelve in place we can get this thing going! Welcome everyone!

So here is how I see this game playing out on a weekly basis. There will be a photoshoot theme every week. When a photoshoot theme is released the contestants will have at least seven days to choose a picture for their model. After everyone has submitted their photos I will post a thread that will include all of the photos and that will be the voting thread.

Everyone and anyone can can vote, including the contestants themselves. You can send your ranking to me in a private message or post it in the thread. Judges will also send me their ranking with critiques on each of the pictures. Voting will be open for several days and once it's closed I will make a final ranking based upon ranking average scores. The girl with the best overall score will receive first callout and the girl with the worst average score will be eliminated.

There will also be weekly challenges. Only judges will rank the girls for challenges and the girl with the best average will be spared elimination. So challenges are definitely very important as they could spare a girl from being the boot. Challenge participation isn't mandatory but they are vitally important and will play huge role in the overall progression of the cycle.

I will be writing up all the panels. Each panel will be divided into two parts. Part one will be the judges critiques and part two will be the elimination ceremony with the callout order. I will try to make the callout orders as intense and dramatic as possible to make things more interesting and fun. I want to make this game as much of a story as possible with panel write-ups.

I am really excited to see how the contestants will develop as we move along. We have a great mix of diversity in race and age in our cast and that's something I greatly appreciate. Thank you to everyone who has signed up! I want to make this game fun for everyone!

Alright, et's jump right in with this weeks first photoshoot theme and challenge. I already sent PMs to contestants but I'll post it here anyway.

So we're gonna start the competition off with a bang. We want to see the girls looking edgy, hip, artistic, and cool! The theme is Rock'N'Roll. Your model can go the glam rock route, punk rock, goth rock, grunge, psychedelic/hippie rock, pop rock, emo rock, garage rock, or whatever style of rock'n'roll you want. You have the freedom to interpret the theme however you want as long as it fits within the realm of rock'n'roll. We want the girls to embody the spirit of this beautiful and expansive type of music that has definitely been hugely influential to high fashion. Be creative, have fun, and take risks!

Every model who does runway has one. If you get picked by an agency you will be made a showcard which basically has your pictures/measurements/facts etc on them. They also include an editorial picture which clients look at to see if they're a good fit for a show. They are basically used so that when people are casting for models they just check your showcard to see if you're suitable.
